Vijaya Gowdar is the director of Ooralea dental care. She and Dr Raghu had a vision to set up a family business to provide a comfortable working environment for all the employees and to provide outstanding services to the community. Since 2002, Vijaya and Dr Raghu has built their practice from scratch. She has taken special interest in interior designing of the practice which you can appreciate as soon as you enter the business. Vijaya has worked in all the departments of the dental industry. She is a qualified dental assistant. She is working on her business to get it from good to great and make it more successful.
She has been updating herself with efficient business management skills and leadership skills by attending various courses in Australia to maintain and provide the high-quality customer services and to make every customer’s visit more comfortable and enjoyable.
She has 2 beautiful children and a pet. She likes to spend her free time in painting, cooking and listening to motivational & business management talks. She also like travelling and spending time with her friends.
